Complaints Policy
The journal provides a fair and transparent publishing environment and gives particular attention to complaints concerning the publication process or the conduct of any party in the editorial process.
Types of Complaints:
- Unjustified delay in review or decision-making.
- Unprofessional conduct by a member of the Editorial Board or a reviewer.
- Apparent bias or conflict of interest, matters of scientific integrity or plagiarism, or technical failures affecting submission.
Handling Mechanism:
- Complaints are sent via the official e-mail and must include the complainant's name and contact details, the manuscript title, a clear description of the issue, and the requested remedy.
- An acknowledgement is sent within one week; the complaint is referred to the relevant party or the Editor-in-Chief and handled confidentially and impartially.
- A final response is sent within 30 days of receipt; all complaints are treated with complete confidentiality.
