The journal upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and condemns all forms of plagiarism, whether partial or complete, intentional or unintentional. Plagiarism is defined as the use of others' works, ideas, or texts without explicit acknowledgement of the source.

All manuscripts undergo initial screening using plagiarism-detection software (such as iThenticate, Turnitin, or an equivalent). If the similarity index exceeds the journal's accepted threshold, the manuscript is returned to the author for revision or is rejected. The journal applies an overall similarity threshold not exceeding 20%, with no single source exceeding 5%, excluding correctly attributed references and quotations.

If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the journal takes corrective action that may include issuing a correction notice or retracting the article, notifying the author's academic institution, and barring the author from future publication. This policy is based on COPE guidelines and the scientific-integrity principles adopted by the Libyan Academy, and the journal is committed to handling all cases with transparency and fairness.
