Appeals Against Publication Decisions
The journal grants authors the right to appeal a rejection decision when the author believes the decision is unjustified. An appeal must be based on objective grounds such as: a fundamental error in understanding the manuscript's content, clear bias in the evaluation, a conflict of interest, or a violation of the agreed review procedures.
Appeal Procedures:
- Submit a written request to the Editorial Board via the official e-mail within 30 days of the rejection decision.
- The request must include: the manuscript title, a detailed explanation of the objection, and, where possible, an objective scientific response to the reviewers' comments.
- The Editorial Board reviews the request internally and may consult additional neutral reviewers.
- A response is provided within a maximum of four weeks from receipt.
The Editorial Board's decision after reviewing the appeal is final and non-appealable, made in accordance with the journal's scientific and academic integrity standards.
