As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Authors must follow the guidelines below before submission. Bilingual submission templates and a mandatory checklist are available within OJS:
Submission Requirements:
The manuscript must be original, not previously published or under consideration elsewhere, and within the journal's scope.
Submission is made electronically through OJS in an editable format (Word), with a separate title-page file containing author names and affiliations.
A structured abstract and keywords are provided, with metadata (title, abstract, keywords) in both Arabic and English.
A clear methodology, a conflict-of-interest statement, ethics approvals where required, an author-contributions statement (CRediT), a data-availability statement, and an AI-use statement (if applicable) must be included.
References must follow the journal's citation style, with DOIs included for references where available.
A copyright form and an originality declaration signed by all authors must be attached.
Recommended Manuscript Structure:
Title; author names, affiliations, and ORCID iDs; abstract; keywords; introduction; materials and methods; results; discussion; conclusion; acknowledgements and funding; conflict of interest; data availability; references.
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Authors retain the copyright of their work published in the journal and grant the journal the right of first publication, licensed under CC BY 4.0, allowing others to use the work provided the original work and source are credited.
Authors may retain rights for academic and educational use of the published content, provided the original source is credited. Articles are made available under the adopted open-access policy.
Note: the journal adopts the "author retains copyright with a CC BY license" model, which is compliant with DOAJ requirements. It is recommended that the journal's copyright/licensing form be updated to align with this arrangement.
