Depositing a non-peer-reviewed preprint on a recognized preprint server (such as arXiv or similar) does not constitute prior publication that precludes submission. Authors must disclose the preprint and its link/identifier upon submission.

After acceptance and publication, authors are encouraged to update the preprint record with a link to the published version and its DOI. Work that has already been fully and peer-reviewed elsewhere is not accepted.
