Article Processing Charges (APC):

The journal is entirely free for authors and readers (no submission or publication fees),There are no hidden charges.

Ownership & Funding:

The journal is funded by the administration of the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies. The Editorial Board may secure additional resources to support the journal's activities through: donations from faculty members, publication fees (where approved), or donations from parties outside the Academy in exchange for publishing scholarly work (such as conferences) — only after obtaining permission from the administration of the School of Applied and Engineering Sciences, and without affecting editorial independence.

Reviewer Remuneration:

Financial remuneration is paid to the Editorial Board and reviewers in accordance with the regulations in force at the Libyan Academy.
