Publishing Ethics
Editorial Board Responsibilities:
1. Verify the originality of scientific research submitted for publication, ensure the journal's permissible citation rate, and refer it to referees with scientific expertise in the field of specialization.
2. Focus on geographical diversity among referees, ensuring that they do not all belong to a single academic institution.
3. Give researchers a reasonable opportunity to make amendments and receive referee comments on their research.
4. The Editor-in-Chief is committed to informing the author of the research that has been accepted for publication of its acceptance.
5. The journal is committed to respecting the researcher's privacy and academic integrity in handling the research.
6. The journal is committed to disclosing the evaluation results in accordance with the referees' recommendations, as follows:
- Accepting the research for publication without amendments.
- Accepting the research for publication after making specific amendments.
- Accepting the research for publication after making substantial amendments requires submitting the research for a second time to the same referees to ensure that the required amendments have been completed.
- Research Rejection and Withdrawal from Publication
Journal Rights:
1. The journal's editorial board has the right to initially review the research and determine its suitability for peer review.
2. The journal's editorial board has the right to decline publication of the research if the researcher delays making the required amendments to the research for more than one month from the date of receiving the journal's response, unless there is a convincing excuse deemed appropriate by the journal's editorial board.
3. The editorial board has the right to decline acceptance of the research without providing any explanation.
4. Priority in publishing research accepted for publication is given to the date of its acceptance in the journal. The order of research within the issue is subject to the design process.
5. Upon acceptance of the research for publication, copyright is reserved for the journal.
6. The editorial board has the right to modify the research in accordance with the documentation and linguistic editing system, as well as the layout of tables, graphics, images, and text, if necessary.
•Reviewer Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to the standards of the International Committee for Publication Ethics for referees when reviewing research.
2. The referee is obligated to respond to the initial acceptance letter for arbitration within three days of receiving the arbitration letter. Upon acceptance of the arbitration, the referee is obligated to complete the arbitration of the research within two weeks of the date of acceptance.
3. The referee shall not accept to arbitrate research in which there is a conflict of interest resulting from competitive or other relationships with the author.
4. Ensure that the research is free of plagiarism. If the referee indicates plagiarism in the scientific material he is reviewing, he is obligated to indicate the paragraphs in which the plagiarism occurred and attach proof of this.
5. Adhere to confidentiality standards related to the arbitration process. He must treat the research submitted for arbitration as confidential documents and must not disclose or discuss them with others except as authorized by the editor-in-chief.
6. Observe objectivity in the judgments and conclusions issued by the arbitration process.
7. Adhere to the time allocated for the arbitration process.
8. The referee is obligated to decline to accept a review of a research paper outside their field of expertise or in which they lack sufficient experience.
9. The referee is obligated to provide detailed comments on the research paper according to the journal's approved review form.
Researcher's Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to the principles and standards of research and publication ethics.
2. Submit original research accompanied by a list of references used in the research.
3. Commit to writing their research in accordance with the journal's rules.
4. Adhere to the journal's citation, documentation, and publication ethics rules.
5. Do not submit work previously published in other journals and do not submit their work to more than one journal simultaneously, as this violates international publishing ethics.
6. Publish their research in other journals only after receiving an official rejection from the journal or if the journal officially accepts a request to withdraw the submitted research.
7. Ensure they have obtained the approval of all co-authors who have significantly contributed to the research before submitting it for publication.
8. Disclose to the journal's editorial board any conflict of interest that might affect the evaluation of the research submitted for publication.
9. Avoid unethical behavior by submitting the same research to more than one journal at the same time. If the researcher decides to submit the research to another journal, they must withdraw it from the journal.
10. Avoid unethical behavior in the writing process, such as plagiarism and forgery.
11. If they discover a serious error in their published research, they must inform the journal's editorial board to delete or correct the error.
12. Review their research in accordance with the referees' suggestions. If the researcher does not agree to adopt the proposed amendments, they must provide a logical justification for this. If convincing reasons are not provided, the journal reserves the right to reject publication.
