Conflict of Interest Policy

- The Journal of the Academy of Administrative and Financial Sciences (AJAFS) is committed to avoiding any conflict of interest between editors and researchers to ensure integrity and transparency. Editorial board members are required to refrain from exploiting their positions to achieve personal gain or benefit from research prior to publication. Direct communication between editorial board members and researchers regarding their research is prohibited.
- Research papers are sent to referees while maintaining the confidentiality of the researcher's identity. Reviewers' comments are conveyed to the researcher without revealing their identities to ensure a fair evaluation process.
- Journal staff are required to maintain the confidentiality of information related to research and not accept any gifts or benefits from researchers.
