Requirements of Applying the E. Management and its Impact on Improving the Quality of Financial Services: A Field Study of Zawia Central Financial

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the requirements for applying e-management and its impact on improving the quality of services provided at Al-Zawiya Central Financial Services Office. This was achieved by: identifying the requirements for applying e-management in Al-Zawiya Central Financial Services Office, and also identifying the extent to which these requirements affect the improvement of the quality of financial services provided at Al-Zawiya Central Financial Services Office. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study problem was represented in the following question: To what extent are the requirements for applying e-management available, and what is their impact on improving the quality of financial services?

The study population consisted of all 165 employees at Al-Zawiya Central Financial Services Office. A sample of 113 employees was determined using a random sampling method, which was identified based on the table provided by Krejcie & Morgan, relying on the population size and an allowed margin of error of 5%. Questionnaires were distributed to all sample members, and 92 were retrieved. Upon examination, 13 were found to be invalid for analysis due to incomplete data. Thus, the number of questionnaires used in data analysis became 79.

The study reached several key findings, most notably: the application of e-management in Al-Zawiya Financial Services Office effectively contributes to improving the quality of financial services provided by fulfilling e-management requirements. Additionally, there is a sufficient number of human resources necessary for providing services, and the administration adopts a strategic plan to disseminate a culture of quality and achieve it across all departments in the office.

Based on these findings, the study recommended several key points: Al-Zawiya Financial Services Office management should pay more attention to the requirements for applying e-management due to its significant impact on improving the quality of financial services provided. Furthermore, efforts should be made to increase employees' awareness of the importance of e-management so they are informed of its significance and the results it will achieve in developing work methods and speeding up transactions.
