To ensure the originality of submitted works, the journal employs the advanced plagiarism detection system Turnitin.
2. Definition of Plagiarism
Plagiarism is defined as the act of presenting others’ ideas or works as one’s own without proper attribution. This includes:
Copying texts or ideas without citing the source.
Paraphrasing published content without sufficient documentation.

Literal translation from other languages without referencing the original source.
3. Acceptable Similarity Criteria
The total similarity index in the Turnitin report must not exceed 20%.
A similarity of more than 10% from a single source is subject to strict review.
The following are not counted as plagiarism:
Standard phrases and fixed headings.
Agreed-upon scientific terminology.
Properly cited quotations.
4. Detection Procedures
All submitted manuscripts are automatically scanned using Turnitin.
Editors receive a comprehensive report that includes:
The overall similarity percentage.
Matching sources.
Suspicious paragraphs.
Manuscripts that exceed the accepted similarity threshold are rejected without hesitation.
5. Source Documentation
Authors must:
Cite all sources following the journal’s citation guidelines (APA).
Use clear quotation marks for direct quotes.
Attach written permissions for using any copyrighted material.
6. Penalties
If plagiarism is confirmed:
A. Before publication:
Immediate rejection of the manuscript.
Notification of the author’s academic institution.
A ban on submitting to the journal for three years.
B. After publication:
Formal retraction of the article from the website.
Publication of an official retraction notice.
Notification of indexing databases where the article is listed.
7. Right to Appeal
Authors are given the opportunity to submit:
A written explanation for any unintentional similarity.
Supporting evidence of the work’s originality.
A request for re-evaluation in the case of suspected technical error.
8. Awareness and Prevention
The journal aims to minimize plagiarism by:

9. Authors’ Responsibilities
Ensure the originality of the manuscript before submission.
Keep drafts and source documents.

10. Conditional Exceptions

Long passages used for analytical purposes.
