reviewers selection policy

   The journal's editorial board is meticulous in selecting and recruiting referees, ensuring that the following conditions are met:
- Objectivity, integrity, honesty, and proficiency in their specific field of specialization.
- Experience in refereeing research in peer-reviewed journals and the ability to provide accurate, scientific observations and criticisms.
- Knowledge of the rules of scientific refereeing and the conditions for publication in journals, while adhering to the specified deadlines for completing the evaluation process.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all information related to scientific materials prepared for publication.

Selection of Reviewers:
   Reviewers of research published in the journal are reviewed by specialists in the field of administrative and financial sciences. A list of qualified and specialized professors is prepared, selected in coordination with the members of the editorial board. Reviewers are contacted to obtain their academic biographies and are asked to register as reviewers on the journal's website. Reviewers from outside Libya are also permitted to serve as reviewers.
