  The Journal of the Academy of Administrative and Financial Sciences (AJAFS) adopts a double-blind peer review system, where the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure the highest levels of objectivity and impartiality.


Review Procedures

Review Decisions
The publication decision is based on the evaluation results, which may include one of the following options:
- Acceptance of the research without modifications
- Acceptance of the research with formal modifications
- Conditional acceptance subject to substantial modifications
- Rejection of the research with clear scientific justifications.
