The Palestinian Tragedy Through Tunisian Popular Poetry Between 1920 and 1985

Abstract

The interest in looking in to the Palestinian issue and its details is very  tempting because it is of paramount importance to everyone who bears the concern of the nation in His heart , thought and escistence (being).Therfore,we decided to dig in to the study of the issue with all details ,Starting from the Balfour declaration ,which represented the first nucleus of the concern ,passing through all the stages of the Palestinian and Arab strugle .which were recorded by Tunisian folk poetry with accuracy and diligence (enthusiasm).Among these stages were the Al Buraq uprising of 1929 and the 1936 Revolution .In addition to the events of 1948 in which Britain lefet palestine to announce the birth of Israel .Time passed ,and Israel continued to spread at the expense of the palestinian territoires .It was the 1967 war that was recorded by popular poetry and the Arab armies .Up to the 1973 war.The Arab soldiers  achieved victory over Israel..As aresult populer poetry celebrate this conquest .However .In front of multiple betaragls through agreements and treaties  .Popular poetry also recorded the events of Sabra and Shatila,The incident of burning Al -Aqsa and the events of Hammam Al-Shatt 1985 in tunisia.Moreover ,the popular poetry worte about the commando operations that were carried out by some heroes such as Miloud Nouma.The tunisian.Arab poetry also  immortalized  the anguish of the sincere Arab peoples about What happened to palestine and what is happening today.
