- The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the final decision regarding all publication submissions.
- The decision to publish or not is based on the reviewers’ reports, their feedback, the research's scientific value, originality, and its relevance to the journal's field.
Open Access Policy:
The journal provides free access to all accepted research papers immediately upon publication on its website, contributing to the advancement of research leadership and the promotion of global information exchange.
Peer Review Policy:
Submitted research is sent to highly qualified reviewers with expertise in the relevant field, with authors' and reviewers' identities concealed to ensure objectivity and impartiality. The journal places a strong emphasis on combating all forms of academic plagiarism. All submitted research is examined using similarity detection software. If plagiarism or uncredited borrowing is detected, immediate action will be taken, which may include rejection of the submission or retraction of the published article, and notification of relevant parties.
Research and Publication Ethics:
- Submit original research and provide a list of references utilized in the study.
- Adhere to the journal's guidelines for writing.
- Comply with citation and documentation standards and publication ethics.
- Do not submit work that has been previously published in other journals unless it has undergone substantial modifications, nor submit the same work to multiple journals simultaneously, as this contravenes global publication ethics.
- Confirm obtaining approval from all significant contributing authors before submission.
- Correctly attribute contributions of others in the research and list authors in order of their scientific contribution.
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest to the journal's editorial team that may affect the evaluation of the submitted research.
- Avoid unethical behavior by not submitting the same research to multiple journals concurrently; if a researcher chooses to submit to another journal, the current submission must be withdrawn.
- Refrain from all forms of unethical conduct such as plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification.
- If a researcher discovers a significant error in their published work, they must inform the journal's editorial team to correct or retract the error.
- Revise the research according to reviewers' suggestions, and if the researcher disagrees with the proposed changes, a logical justification must be provided; otherwise, the journal reserves the right to refuse publication.
