Abstract of the research:

Technical is one of the most important educational and implementation mechanisms in the studies of the Arabic cello across various educational instrument sections. Despite the availability of many Western performance methods and techniques for practicing Arabic melodies on the cello, some technical tools from Western schools do not suffice to highlight the acoustic character of the Arabic maqam and the organ logical framework from appropriate sound recordings and positional transitions between melodic paths. In researching attempts to regulate the technical aspect to facilitate the performance of Arabic melodies, we preferred an organic approach focusing on the thumb's finger in how to activate the motor member and adapt it to a technique that may create a musical pattern that meets the needs of Arabic cello learners
