Therefore, attention must be paid to designing them to be a comfortable environment that suits the needs and requirements of its residents, and enables them to practice their various activities in comfort and satisfaction. There are a set of rules and principles in design that must be taken into account and taken into account. In consideration, the residential unit is not limited to architectural spaces only, but must contain contents related to the social and humanitarian aspects of the beneficiary. The residential space is affected by the behavioral, human and cultural dimensions, which are directly reflected in it. The residential units are limited in size. It is necessary to think about the design considerations and determinants during their design in a way that suits the requirements and needs of their users. The problem of this study lies in shedding light on the considerations and determinants in particular for residential spaces so that we can meet the needs and requirements and a feeling of comfort and security. The research aims to clarify some of the foundations for designing residential spaces with It achieves compatibility in providing the basics and functionality to the user, and the study ends by clarifying the results to be taken into account during the design and the proposed recommendations for attention to this part of the research.
