Libya represents a complex arena for media events, given the political and social transformations the country has witnessed in recent years. Through examining the role of digital content in this context, we can discover how technology and social media can play a crucial role in shaping public opinion, promoting democracy, and human rights. The research includes an analysis of current developments in the Libyan media landscape and their impact on society, in addition to studying the strengths and weaknesses in the use and implementation of digital technology in this context. Furthermore, the focus will be on the role of digital content in shaping public opinion and enhancing communication and interaction among members of the Libyan society.

The results showed a preference among Libyan journalists in the studied sample for using social media accounts as a primary tool for disseminating digital content. The findings indicated the significant importance of using social media platforms and digital channels as effective tools for achieving social communication and interaction in Libyan society. The extent of positive interaction and response to these platforms is evident in various areas such as disseminating information, organizing campaigns, supporting charitable activities, education, and employment. Additionally, the positive response to the idea of using these platforms to support charitable campaigns and promote employment and distance learning is apparent.
