The research is concerned with the study of digital arts and its techniques in conceptual art, which was taken from the photographic paintings of the artist Heba shalabi as a model , and it consists of three chapters, where the first chapter was devoted to the statement of the research problem, its importance, goals and limitations and the definition of the technical terms contained therein, The research problem dealt with the topic of conceptual art, which includes many practices and artistic trends and extracting a language that demonstrates the possibility of using modern technologies in appropriate and effective ways in a particular issue through digital arts and its techniques, which were identified in answering the questions posed by the research problem ,The research also has the importance of shedding light on conceptual art as an important tool in communicating the culture of our society to the recipient, which highlights the diverse currents of conceptual art and its aesthetic and technical dimensions, but the goal of this research lies in the fact that it seeks descriptive analytical readings and the study of meanings and the concept of conceptual art , As for the second chapter ,it included the emergence of conceptual art , its trends, features, foundations and influential elements in the artistic work, but in the third chapter, starting with a brief overview of the photographic artist "Heba shalabi", then the presentation and analysis of her paintings and limited to the research community and samples of photographs about conceptual art, which were studied in proportion to the foundations and influential elements in the artistic work, and through the study and analysis of images about conceptual art, the results were reached according to the descriptive analytical study as follows the following : The philosophical content of conceptual art in the Digital Arts is characterized by the relationships between the social, religious and political expressive theme and the role of technical diversity and modern programs in demonstrating the aesthetic values of the artist Heba shalabi's paintings analytical readings and the study of meanings are considered one of the most prominent transformations as a concept issue in photographs in conceptual art.
