Abstract

ABSTRACT                                

The study aimed to identify the concept of military media, and to clarify the logistical frameworks that support it in combating terrorism. In this field, the researcher relied on the descriptive and inductive approach to describe the phenomenon under study, and to provide an explanation of the logistical role of military media in combating terrorism. The researcher arrived at a set of The most important results are:

1- In combating terrorism, the military media relies on the logistical role, through displaying maps, reviewing war crimes, practicing counter-language, ideological mobilization methods, and live broadcasting.

2- The study showed that the military media is used to track the stages and causes of terrorism, in addition to the political approach related to addressing and mobilizing internal and external public opinion.

3- The study showed that the military media consolidates and strengthens the foundations of the military doctrine of sacrifice and giving.

4- The study showed that the military media plays the role of informing about developments in the field situation and the events taking place on the battlefield against terrorist groups.

5- The study showed that communicators in the military media system are secretive and adhere to secrecy to ensure the security and safety of the nation and the armed forces.

6- The results of the study showed that press conferences and the official spokesman have a role in building bridges of communication with public opinion to clarify the military position during the fight against terrorism
