The problem of this study is based on identifying the issues of state-building in the content and content of the posts of Libyan journalists on Facebook, by analyzing the content of the posts of journalists Abdul Razzaq Al-Dahesh and Bashir Zaabia on Facebook and comparing them during the period from June 14, 2022 to August 3, 2022. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the interest of journalists focused primarily on combating corruption within the issues of state-building, and neglected important and sensitive issues, namely building the military institution and the constitution, so that they were not in the scope of their interest. They also did not focus on the diversity of the use of multimedia in publishing content, as neither of them used video, graphics, or live broadcasting.

As for the forms of interaction, the type of liking came first on the two pages, then commenting, and finally interaction by participating at a low rate.

In view of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends paying more attention to developing the ability to use technologies and multimedia to arouse the interest of the recipient and push him to follow the published content, as well as creating diversity in the contents that achieve a response to the desires of the public, and avoiding integrating personal topics within the contexts of such pages, considering that they are used as a journalistic platform and not a personal one.
