Abstract
Interior design plays both functional and aesthetic roles by enhancing our quality of life through modifying surroundings. The interior space is the most important cornerstone in interior design. Space is the conceptual and physical element of any place. It acquires its personality through interior design components, such as lighting and color. This research explores the relationship between space and interior design components in art galleries, with a deeper focus on the role of location selection and the effect of lighting and color on spaces. The research also examines scenarios related to pedestrian flow inside art galleries and highlights the importance of dynamic and integrated lighting in improving the quality of space for visitors
