The study aimed to identify the content of the comics in the Libyan Al Amal magazine directed at children and to reveal the most prominent values ​​used, the story structure and the narrative elements represented in the character, time, place, topics and events. Through analyzing the content of a sample of Al-Amal magazine issues and using the interview tool to collect data from those involved in producing the content of Al-Amal magazine, the results of the study showed that the comics in Al-Amal magazine play a pivotal role in developing the child’s linguistic and imaginative skills, in addition to their educational role in instilling positive values. They are not just a means of entertainment, but rather an effective educational tool that contributes to strengthening the love of reading among children and expanding their horizons in an interesting and enjoyable way.
